Note:

Photography service includes on-site photo session, professional image capture and photo editing. Floor plan and Matterport services include on-site measuring, and image capture. Digital photos and floor plan files are delivered as part of their respective services and are not sold separately.

Counties Serviced: Anne Arundel, Baltimore County, Baltimore City, Carroll, Howard. Other counties considered upon special request, and may be subject to additional fees.

Eastern Shore & Washington DC by special request with advanced notice, and may be subject to additional fees

Turnaround time: You can expect your photos to be delivered next day, including Saturdays, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation & Travel Policy: Additional travel fees may be applied at photographer’s discretion. A $70 cancellation fee will be applied at White Oak Photography's sole discretion for appointments canceled after 7:00PM the day before the scheduled photoshoot. A $90 fee will be charged if the photographer arrives on site and the home is not prepared for photos and the shoot must be rescheduled or if additional time is spent on site helping the agent or client prep the home.

Usage License and Intellectual Property Rights

"White Oak Photography, LLC retains the full copyright to all images created. The Client is granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the final digital images provided. This license constitutes an intellectual property interest 'in part' as defined under Maryland Tax-General Code § 11–101.

Permitted Uses: This license allows the Client to use the images solely for the commercial purpose of marketing and advertising the specific property associated with the photo shoot. Permitted uses include, but are not limited to, Multiple Listing Service (MLS) listings, brochures, social media posts, and personal websites related to the sale of that property.

Restrictions: The Client may not sell, sublicense, or modify the images without prior written consent from the Photographer. Any use of the images for purposes unrelated to the marketing of the specified property (e.g., promotional materials for the agent's general services, or personal use unrelated to the listing) is strictly prohibited without a separate license agreement."
